Some food additives are allowed: color fixer E250, starch, polyphosphates E452, flour and antibiotics (provided they are indicated on the label). The use of non-specified components is a violation of the requirements. If the product is manufactured according to specifications, the presence of ingredients that are not provided for by GOST is quite acceptable (for example, poultry meat).
- Many people ask themselves which packaging is better — vacuum or gaseous? Both options are equally safe and hygienic, but in a vacuum, the bars can release liquid and deform. Moisture in a small amount is not dangerous, but it should not be cloudy and precipitate. In the package with a gaseous atmosphere, the shape of the sausages is preserved, and the carbon dioxide used in this method prevents the growth of harmful microbes. However, in no case should you buy an inflated package — the product in it is already spoiled.
